High-Speed Counting & Orientation of Small Directional Components
A local manufacturer needed to process many thousands of small directional items per hour — each one needing to be counted, oriented correctly, and fed into packaging with zero tolerance for error. Traditional manual sorting was slow, inconsistent, and couldn't scale.
We designed and built a custom automation line onsite, combining vision-guided orientation systems with high-speed counting mechanisms. The machine identifies each item's direction, rotates it into the correct alignment, and feeds it forward — all at production speed.
